QPharm has been bottle filling tablets and capsules since it began in 1996. With a fully automated filling line we offer rapid turn-around on all your bottle filling requirements. Our flexible packaging line allows us to easily switch between different sizes and shapes of tablets as well as both soft and hard gelatine capsules. The bottle filling line is capable of filling, capping, induction sealing, neck banding, labelling, lot and expiry coding, and cartoning. Solid Oral Dose
QPharm offers contract bottle filling for pharmaceutical DIN and NHP solid oral dose products such as tablets, caplets, hard and soft gel capsules. Our bottle filling line is validated to accommodate numerous oral dose products.
Liquid
Our bottle filling service also includes the filling of Liquid products such as syrups, oils, creams, lotions, and ointments can all be filled and packaged in our Health Canada approved facility.
Powders
QPharm provides powder filling of bottles for products such as probiotics, fibers, laxatives, and supplements are commonly filled on our powder filling line.
